Project Overview

Indie18, an emerging brand in the craft beer market, sought a comprehensive branding strategy to distinguish itself in a saturated industry. With a vision centered on industrial quality and designer flavors, the brand aimed to resonate with a diverse audience while maintaining a modern-classic appeal. Our task was to develop a brand story and philosophy that would encapsulate Indie18’s essence, alongside creating a cohesive brand identity and packaging design.

Despite the dense competition in the craft beer market, Indie18 lacked a compelling brand narrative and philosophy. While the product boasted quality and variety, it needed a distinct identity to stand out amidst competitors. Additionally, the brand sought a modern-classic aesthetic that could appeal to a broad demographic range, yet lacked a cohesive strategy for implementation across various touchpoints.

We began with thorough market research, crafting a brand narrative around independence and communal bonding. Our design process focused on balancing modern aesthetics with classic appeal.
