PROJECT OVERVIEW
KOCA, a new culinary destination in Gurgaon, was conceived as a celebration of Yuvraj Singh’s iconic six sixes—an unforgettable moment of confidence, joy, and fearless expression. Founded on the idea of “Kitchen of Celebratory Arts,” the space translates Yuvraj’s legacy on and off the field into a contemporary dining and cultural experience, blending refined food with a warm, expressive atmosphere. Through illustration, branding, and immersive spatial design, KOCA captures the spirit of six sixes as a symbol of togetherness, craft, and modern Indian sensibility—positioning the restaurant as more than a place to dine, but a space where everyday moments are celebrated and elevated.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Entering Gurgaon’s dynamic dining scene, KOCA needed a compelling cultural narrative to distinguish itself from other premium restaurants. The challenge was to create a visual language that embodied comfort and sophistication simultaneously, appealing to diverse audiences seeking both celebration and calm. This required building a brand system that could seamlessly integrate into the restaurant’s interiors, menu, communication, and merchandise—ensuring KOCA’s presence extended beyond the dining table and into the lifestyle of its guests.
OUR APPROACH
We developed a cohesive branding system supported by original illustrations and expressive design cues that reflected KOCA’s ethos of celebratory living, inspired by Yuvraj Singh’s fearless spirit and iconic six sixes legacy. These visual elements were translated into spatial branding, menu systems, communication design, and merchandise, creating a unified brand world within and beyond the restaurant. This not only enriched the on-ground guest experience but also established lasting touchpoints for visitors to carry the energy and confidence of Yuvraj’s legacy with them—transforming KOCA into a cultural space rooted in craft, comfort, and community.
