Project Overview
Our project revolved around creating engaging communication collateral and merchandise for Rider Mania , the annual gathering of Indian Royal Enfield motorcycle owners organized by the Brotherhood of Bulleteers Motorcycling Consortium (BOBMC) member clubs. Additionally, we were tasked with designing invitations in the form of a flip-book. Furthermore, we were entrusted with crafting posters for the global launches of Royal Enfield’s Interceptor INT 650 Twin and Continental GT 650 Twin in Santa Cruz, California, and Goa, India.
Problem Statement
The challenge was to capture the spirit and essence of Rider Mania while also highlighting the debut of Royal Enfield’s iconic 1960s parallel-twins at global launch events. We needed to create communication collateral, merchandise, invites, and posters that resonated with motorcycle enthusiasts and reflected the adventurous yet serene lifestyle associated with Royal Enfield.
Our Approach
To address this challenge, we adopted a multifaceted approach. Firstly, we conducted thorough research to understand the target audience’s preferences and the brand’s identity. Next, we brainstormed creative concepts that celebrated the adventurous spirit of Rider Mania while showcasing the timeless appeal of Royal Enfield motorcycles. We integrated elements of typography, illustration, and photography to design visually striking communication collateral, merchandise, and invites. For the launch posters, we meticulously curated designs that captured the unique ambiance of each location – the adventurous beach life of Santa Cruz and the rustic charm of Goan architecture and cuisine. Our approach emphasized storytelling and attention to detail, ensuring that every piece resonated with the passion and enthusiasm of Royal Enfield enthusiasts.
